R E T U R N S P O L I C Y
UK customers may exchange most items sold by Tassels of London within 28 days upon receipt of your original order providing they are in their original packaging with tags attached and unworn. Please note that earrings cannot be returned. Bespoke made items also cannot be returned.
Please contact us by e mail with your reasons for return.
All items need to be in an unworn and re-saleable condition to qualify for a exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met.
If you have bought an item that has been reduced in price we cannot credit you for the difference if you wish to exchange the item.
Tassels of London will be happy to exchange products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is our error within 28 days from the date of dispatch. Under such agreed circumstances Tassels of London will cover the cost of shipment of the replacement items.
D E L I V E R Y
For Standard UK deliveries we use the Royal Mail 1st class service which normally takes between 2-3 days. If you require a faster tracked service, then please select the Next Day Tracked Service on the checkout page. Free postage on orders over £100 for UK standard delivery.
